Ⅰ型胶原海绵/血管内皮生长因子缓释系统的初步构建Construction of collagen type Ⅰ sponge/vascular endothelial growth factor slow-release material

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]研制Ⅰ型胶原(collagen type I,CI)海绵/血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth fac-tor,VEGF)缓释生物支架材料,了解该种材料中的VEGF体外缓释效果。为骨肌腱组织工程寻求一种新型复合支架材料。[方法]从CI海绵自身的力学、孔径、紫外最大吸收光谱、孔隙率、含水率、傅立叶红外光谱及与VEGF的组织相容性等方面研究VEGF胶原缓释系统支架材料的特性,利用生物学方法将VEGF负载于CI,制备具有VEGF缓释效果的复合支架。[结果]CI海绵能够成功的将VEGF包裹起来,可以达到明显的缓释作用,与VEGF有良好的组织相容性。[结论]CI海绵有理想的孔径和合理的生物力学及与VEGF良好的生物学相容性结构性质,VEGF可以从CI-VEGF缓释材料中缓慢释放,有明显的缓释效果,是一种具有良好材料特性的组织工程材料。
