关节镜下治疗肩胛下肌损伤30例疗效观察

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨关节镜下治疗肩胛下肌损伤的手术方法及临床疗效。[方法]回顾性分析30例肩胛下肌损伤的关节镜治疗,男18例,女12例;年龄29~72岁,平均(52.9±13.3)岁;Lafosse III型16例,II型11例,IV型3例;术前术后采用ASES评分和UCLA评分评价肩关节功能改善情况。[结果]随访时间12~36个月,平均(22±7.3)个月;ASES评分:术前总分(46.8±9.8)分,末次随访(89.7±5.6)分(P=0.001);UCLA评分:术前(16.3±3.3)分,末次随访(30.2±3.2)分(P=0.000);优良率为90%。[结论]关节镜下修复肩胛下肌损伤具有手术创伤小、术后康复快等优点,术中如何正确辨认逗点征及正确处理肱二头肌长头腱和喙突成型,对手术操作的顺利进行及术后效果可能存在重要影响。
