摘要(Abstract)：
<正>股骨转子间骨折与转子下骨折因受伤机制、临床表现和治疗方法相似,故统一称股骨近端骨折,髓内钉固定是主要的治疗方法[1]。手术中动脉损伤比较少见,发生率约为0.2%～0.49%,以股深动脉及其穿动脉损伤形成假性动脉瘤为主[2]。术中髓内钉穿出髓腔
