摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]探讨全膝关节置换术后疗效及自身相关因素对疗效的影响。[方法]采用HSS评分系统对109例(138膝)行全膝关节置换手术的患者术前、术后评分,并计算各要素的改善率;应用多重线性回归对术后HSS评分与患者自身有关的因素进行统计分析。[结果]通过对109例(138膝)患者24~117个月(平均59.7个月)的随访和统计分析示:术后HSS各要素评分均较术前有明显提高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整体优良率95.7%。多重线性回归分析示:术前HSS评分、病因对术后HSS评分有显著影响(P<0.05),标准偏回归系数分别为0.50461、0.45655,而年龄、性别、体重指数对术后评分无影响(P>0.05)。[结论]全膝关节置换术是治疗重症膝关节炎的理想、有效的手术方法;术前患侧膝关节功能状况、病因对术后疗效有显著的影响。
