摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]探讨前路减压植骨融合内固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。[方法]对158例脊髓型颈椎病患者采用前路减压植骨内固定融合的方法进行治疗,并进行随访观察。[结果]经过6～36个月,平均24个月的观察随访,患者神经功能明显改善,JOA评分由术前平均7.5分,恢复到术后平均12分,椎间植骨全部融合,无钢板、螺纹钉断裂。
