摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :探讨应用Schanz螺钉加强组合式外固定器治疗不稳定胫骨近关节端骨折的临床效果。方法 :回顾性分析采用Schanz螺钉加强组合式外固定器治疗 2 8例不稳定胫骨近关节端骨折的临床资料。结果 :2 8例全部达到骨性愈合 ,功能完全恢复正常。结论 :Schanz螺钉加强组合式外固定器是非常适合于胫骨近关节端不稳定骨折的一种治疗方法
