椎体增强术后再发骨折的风险因素研究进展Research progress on risk factors related to refracture secondary to percutaneous vertebral augmentation

摘要(Abstract):
椎体增强术是治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折最常见的治疗方式,但患者术后常出现邻近椎体或远隔椎体的再发骨折。再骨折受自身疾病的进展以及手术椎体的改变两个方面影响,术者应该综合考虑,尽可能减少骨质疏松性椎体骨折椎体增强术后再骨折的发生。
