经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折早期疗效观察Percutaneous Vertebroplasty for Treament of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures(Report of 15 Cases

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :评价经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折病人的临床效果。方法 :自 2 0 0 1年 10月起共对15例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的病人采用椎体成形术治疗 ,对临床疗效进行评价。结果 :所有治疗的 15例病例在术后6～ 36h内均有腰背部疼痛的缓解 ,其中 13例疼痛明显减轻或基本消失 ,其余 2例有中等程度减轻 ,未有并发症产生。随访平均 6个月 ( 2～ 8个月 ) ,未有新的骨折形成。结论 :椎体成形术对骨质疏松性椎体骨折有良好的镇痛效果。
