摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :探讨环氧合酶 2 (COX 2 )在骨肉瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的相关性。方法 :应用免疫组织化学染色的方法研究人骨肉瘤组织中COX 2和VEGF的表达。结果 :COX 2在骨肉瘤中表达阳性率为 67 7% ,而VEGF表达阳性率为 5 8 1%。COX 2表达与VEGF表达显著相关 (γS=0 5 676,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :骨肉瘤组织中存在COX 2的高表达 ,COX 2与骨肉瘤的新生血管生成密切相关 ,其高表达可能促进了肿瘤新生血管生成
