<正>骨组织库虽然在我国已有20余年的历史,但主要集中在骨的获取、加工、保存和临床应用,有关肌腱及半月板获取、加工处理和临床应用的报道则相对较少[1]。本文从复习分析国内外有关肌腱和半月板移植最新文献入手,结合自身所在骨库经验,给出了同种异体肌腱和半月板取材、加工及保存的基本原则和
