摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]自体骨与异体骨混合材料治疗骨缺损的疗效评估。[方法]前瞻性研究病例来源于2002年2月～2010年4月103例股骨粗隆间骨折伴有严重骨缺损的患者,并都经过经皮植入自体骨和可注射性异性脱钙骨基质混合剂治疗。[结果]103例患者中,67例(66.05%)获得了定期随访,平均随访时间为4.95年(2～8年)。其中60例(89.55%)通过经皮植骨治疗平均骨愈合时间为7.3个月(3个月～2年),7例死于其他疾病。[结论]这种方法治疗骨缺损与标准的取自体髂骨植骨相比同样有效,并具有降低并发症、减少治疗成本和缩短住院天数等独特优势。
