全反式肩关节置换术治疗肱骨头缺如骨干不连接1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>肱骨头多部分骨折后溶解吸收、股骨头坏死、关节感染、骨肿瘤等疾病都可导致肱骨头缺损及骨不连[1],2016年10月本院创伤骨肿瘤科采用以健侧为模版联合3D打印技术,定制全反式肩关节假体,治疗1例肱骨近端骨巨细胞瘤术后肱骨头缺如、再发肱骨干骨折后骨不连患者,取得较为满意的临床疗效,
