不同体位下股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床研究

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]比较仰卧位和侧卧位行股骨近端防旋髓内钉(proximal femoral nail antirotation,PFNA)治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。[方法]分析2011年12月~2017年2月在本院收治的31例行股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折患者,其中采用侧卧位16例,仰卧位牵引床15例。对两组术中的出血量、手术时间、术后VAS评分、骨折愈合时间,以及术后6个月后的Harris髋关节功能评分进行比较。[结果]侧卧位组术中出血量、手术时间、术后VAS评分比仰卧位组有优势(P<0.05),而在骨折愈合时间及术后6个月Harris髋关节功能评分方面两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]侧卧位行PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有出血少、创伤小、手术时间短、操作简单、术后恢复快等优点,值得在临床上推广使用。
