Scx(Scleraxis)在肌腱组织工程中的研究进展Research progress of Scx( Scleraxis) in tendon tissue engineering

摘要(Abstract):
肌腱损伤是临床常见疾病,目前尚无十分良好的治疗方法,应用组织工程化肌腱治疗肌腱损伤具有广阔的前景。了解肌腱的发育成熟过程对于构建功能良好的组织工程化肌腱是相当重要的。Scx(Scleraxis)在肌腱发育成熟中起了非常重要的作用,是肌腱和韧带相对特异分子标志。本文就Scx的分子结构、在肌腱发育成熟中的作用及其调控机制进行综述。
