锁骨骨折术后钢板断裂的原因分析

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨锁骨骨折内固定术后钢板断裂的原因。[方法]对5例锁骨骨折内固定术后钢板断裂的病例进行回顾性分析,观察骨折部位、类型、术中操作情况及术后辅助外固定时间、功能锻炼情况等影响因素,以探求钢板断裂原因。[结果]5例均是锁骨中1/3骨折,RobinsonⅡB1型2例,RobinsonⅡB2型骨折3例,4例患者出现萎缩性骨不连,5例患者术后均过早去除外固定。[结论]锁骨骨折部位、类型及手术操作不规范、术后辅助外固定时间短等因素是钢板断裂的重要原因。
