<正>桡骨远端骨折是临床上常见的骨折类型,其发生率约占急诊骨折患者的17%[1]。其中对于涉及关节面的不稳定型骨折,采取非手术治疗或因其他原因导致的治疗迁延,容易产生关节面对合不佳及骨折复位后再移位,继而导致骨折陈旧
