摘要(Abstract)：

<正>经皮椎间孔镜技术属于脊柱微创外科中的内窥镜辅助技术,具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快、对脊柱稳定性影响小[1-2]、局麻下操作等优点。目前临床最常采用的椎间孔镜技术是YESS技术和TESSYS技术[3],最初治疗的疾病均为腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH),即经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘切除术(percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal lumbar discectomy,PELD)[4]。之后,随着临床的广泛开展,一方面应用范围从LDH扩展到神经根管狭窄、椎间盘源性腰痛、腰椎不稳等,另一方面神经根损伤、术后椎间盘
