摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]采用简体中文版脊柱侧凸研究学会22项(Scoliosis Research Society-22,SRS-22)量表对青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,AIS)患者术后生存质量进行评估,探讨当前城乡差异对青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者术后SRS-22量表评分的影响及其原因。[方法]将128例AIS术后患者分为两组,城市组68例(男14例,女54例),农村组60例(男11例,女49例),平均随访时间4.2年。两组在性别、年龄、随访时间、术前主弯Cobb角、末次随访残余Cobb角等方面差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。所有患者均填写一份简体中文版SRS-22量表,比较两组SRS-22量表中各个条目和各个维度得分以及总得分之间的差异。[结果]城市组与农村组在功能/活动度维度条目12、15、18,自我形象/外观维度条目4、6、10、14上的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);城市组自我形象/外观维度的得分低于农村组(P<0.05);两组在功能/活动度、疼痛、精神健康、治疗满意度维度的得分及总得分方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]当前城乡差异仍会对AIS患者术后SRS-22量表的评分结果产生影响且结果具有新的特征,使用SRS-22量表对青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者术后生存质量进行评估时仍不能忽略当前城乡差异的影响。
