摘要(Abstract)：

<正>先天性髋关节发育不良(developmental dysplasia of the hip,DDH)指在生长发育过程中股骨头和髋臼的发育异常、髋关节半脱位以及髋关节脱位等~([1])。由于股骨髓腔形态异常、髋臼骨质缺损及髋臼旋转中心改变导致双下肢不等长以及髋关节周围软组织不平衡等因素,行人工全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)难度较大。发育成熟后身高<130 cm或者
