胫骨干骺端截骨延长术骨不连的防治Prevention of Bone Non-union in Metaphyseal Osteotomy and Lengthening of the Tibia

摘要(Abstract)：
作者总结1987年11月以来61例胫骨干骺端截骨延长术,计发生骨延迟愈合1例、骨不连2例。治疗结果是令人满意的。本文介绍了预防与减少此并发症的经验。作者提及锌元素在血液内浓度,影响骨折愈合在动物实验中广泛证实,但在胫骨延长术患者中的作用待临床资料进一步研究肯定。
