<正>蝴蝶椎(butterfly vertebra)是一种罕见的脊柱椎体先天性异常,是胚胎椎体的两个软骨化中心异常融合,从而形成由矢状软骨隔隔开的两个部分椎体或完全分离的半椎体组成,这种异常也被称为矢状裂椎、前脊柱裂、躯体裂等~([1])。它好发于腰椎,多为良性病变,可能与一些复杂的先天性综合征有关,如Pfeiffer综合征、Jarcho-Levin综合征、Crouzon综合征和
