颈椎全椎间盘置换患者整体生活质量的随访研究(英文)Cervical total disc replacement( TDR) with Mobi- C encourages quick return to work rates,participations and activity profiles and increases overall quality of life

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]对48例患者进行SF-问卷调查,了解MobiC颈椎全椎间盘置换(TDR)后的生活质量。[方法]采用著名的经改编后适用于中国香港人群的SF-36量表测量健康相关生活质量(HRQOL),调查TDR人群中摩比-C更换3年后临床状况和社会融合,职业,自主性,驾驶出勤的健康状况和管理,感伤的关系和感知生活质量。[结果]87位受访者中48人(55.17%)完整完成问卷并交回以供分析。本次审计表明男性患者中41.67%,女性患者中58.33%反馈良好。随访时42.2%仍坚守工作岗位和69%仍旧驾驶车辆,从电动自行车到私家车的车辆不等。考虑到在山东省政府允许老年人口持有公交卡免费乘车,本研究还研究人们的活动。结果表明对于68.2%受访者,在空闲时间(节假日)与朋友、亲戚和同事们见面时间与患病前相比相同或增加,而31.8%的受访者表示减少。52.1%的受访者离开家的时间与摩比-C更换前相比相同或者增加,其中50.6%的受访者表示他们从事兴趣爱好的时间与之前相同或有所增加。[结论]更换摩比-C的TDR患者中认为自己的生活质量较高,其考勤、自主性和包括兴趣爱好在内的活动增加的主要是36~56岁之间,已婚、不吸烟、不饮酒的男性。考虑投入体育锻炼的时间,唯一的区别是大部分受访者中表示减少的为女性。
