圆韧带损伤的诊断及治疗Diagnosis and treatment of ligamentum teres injury

摘要(Abstract)：
圆韧带是髋关节的重要组织结构,近些年来其主要的功能、损伤及治疗逐渐受到重视。圆韧带的功能目前颇受争议,但是圆韧带与膝关节前交叉韧带在解剖结构及生化方面有相似之处。圆韧带的损伤分为三个主要类型:部分撕裂、完全撕裂及退行性撕裂。临床上缺乏对圆韧带损伤的特异性体格检查,影像学方面MRa较MRI更具优势,因此圆韧带损伤的诊断需结合病史、体格检查及影像学表现。目前,圆韧带损伤的手术指征不断发展变化,治疗多采取髋关节镜的治疗方案,也有圆韧带重建手术的个案报道。
