摘要(Abstract)：

<正>股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH)又称缺血性股骨头坏死(avascular necrosis,AVN),系骨科常见且难治性疾病。由于非创伤性ONFH病理机制尚未完全明了,因此从源头上防治此病尚不可能,但目前国内外专家对诊疗主要方面存在共识[1],国内发表的专家建议(2007)[2]和专家共识(2012)[3]对股骨头坏死规范化的诊疗起了重要作用。
