摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]调查呼和浩特市60岁以上蒙古族人群桡骨远端骨折的流行病学特征。[方法]收集2007年3月~2015年3月呼和浩特市4所医院60岁以上742例(804侧)蒙古族桡骨远端骨折患者的临床资料,统计并分析其性别、年龄、受伤机制、骨折发生时间、骨折分型和治疗方式。[结果]近8年来蒙古族桡骨远端骨折患者发病率逐年上升,其中,女性患者明显多于男性(P<0.05);各年龄段分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),以70~74岁年龄段患者最多;摔倒伤是蒙古族桡骨远端骨折患者的主要受伤机制,也是女性患者的主要受伤机制,但高处坠落伤和交通伤、摔倒伤是男性患者的主要受伤机制;夏秋季是蒙古族桡骨远端骨折患者高发季节,同样是乡村居民患者的高发季节,但城市居民患者主要发生于秋冬季。Colles骨折发生率明显高于Smith骨折和Barton骨折(P<0.05),AO分型中以23-A3型最多见。保守治疗者明显多于手术治疗者(P<0.05),手法复位石膏外固定是主要治疗方式,其次为切开复位钢板内固定。[结论]60岁以上蒙古族桡骨远端骨折患者具有一定的分布特点。对于老年女性蒙古族患者应积极预防低能量摔倒伤导致的桡骨远端骨折,老年男性患者应主要预防高处坠落伤和交通伤、摔倒伤;对于蒙古族乡村居民患者夏、秋季是预防高峰,城市居民患者秋冬季是预防高峰;老年人群应特别注意预防骨质疏松症。
