股骨头坏死病因与发病机制研究进展Etiology and pathogenesis of osteonecrosis of the femoral head

摘要(Abstract):
股骨头缺血坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH)是由不同病因导致股骨头血液供应中断及缺氧而引起髋关节退行性骨性关节炎,继而造成股骨头塌陷,其病理生理学机制尚未完全明了。目前认为激素和酒精的摄入是股骨头缺血坏死最常见的两大病因。目前对其发病机制提出的学说主要有:脂类代谢紊乱学说、骨内高压学说、血管内凝血学说、二次碰撞学说等。本文就股骨头缺血坏死病因及发病机制研究进展做一综述。
