植骨融合内固定治疗严重腰椎管狭窄症Evaluation of surgical decompression,bone allograft fusion and internal fixation for the treatment of severe lumbar spinal stenosis

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨减压、植骨融合及内固定治疗严重腰椎管狭窄症的疗效。[方法]回顾性分析1998年9月~2001年3月采用减压、植骨融合及内固定治疗的42例严重腰椎管狭窄症的临床资料。本组获得随访38例,分别于术前、术后1a及术后2a进行JOA评分。[结果]术后1a的JOA评分较术前有显著差异,术后2aJOA评分与术后1a无显著差异。[结论]减压、植骨融合及内固定是治疗严重腰椎管狭窄症的有效方法
