椎间孔镜减压套件治疗腰椎管狭窄症A novel transforaminal endoscopic decompression kit for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]创制经皮椎间孔镜治疗老年腰椎管狭窄症的减压套件,提高手术效率、安全性以及手术适应范围,初步临床可行性验证。[方法]临床操作中,均行经皮穿刺椎间孔镜白氏技术(broad easy immediate surgery,BEIS)治疗。创制的减压套件包括外径8.4 mm、内径7.5 mm外层工作套管、外径7.5 mm、内径6.7 mm椎间孔镜镜外可视1/4环锯以及6.0 mm旋转直径装配式经椎间孔镜刮勺。[结果]可视镜外锯和刮勺都是在镜头监视的视野下工作,手感明确且效率极大提高,在32例已实施的操作中没有发生神经损害问题。[结论]经皮椎间孔镜BEIS技术下使用椎间孔镜减压套件治疗腰椎管狭窄症创伤小,操作效率提高、安全性提高以及手术适应范围扩大,经临床验证效果确实。
