关节软骨钙化层相关研究进展Research progress on calcified cartilage zone

摘要(Abstract):
关节软骨钙化层(calcified cartilage zone, CCZ)是软骨组织中一层重要的界面结构,对骨软骨组织生理功能的发挥有着重要意义。相关基础研究及临床研究表明钙化层结构有利于骨关节炎的防治以及软骨组织的再生修复,本文对钙化层的理化性质,及在防治骨关节炎和软骨修复方面的研究进展作一综述。
