关节镜下腘肌腱裂孔紧缩缝合术治疗青壮年外侧半月板不稳定

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨腘肌腱裂孔紧缩缝合术治疗青壮年外侧半月板不稳定的临床疗效。[方法] 2016年6月～2018年12月,对本院收治的25例外侧半月板不稳定青壮年患者行腘肌腱裂孔紧缩术,其中男性14例,女性11例,年龄24～48岁,平均(36.84±5.53)岁。MRI示外侧半月板Ⅱ级损伤。关节镜下探查:25例患者外侧半月板松弛,探钩牵拉移动度>11 mm。采用全内缝合技术紧贴腘肌腱将不稳定半月板缝合在后外关节囊上,缩小腘肌腱裂孔,稳定外侧半月板。并对术前、术后患者VAS、KSS评分进行对比。[结果]术后3个月随访VAS评分从术前的(6.76±0.58)分减小至(2.60±1.01)分;KSS评分从(56.68±4.67)分增加至(88.72±3.53)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对于青壮年外侧半月板不稳定患者,采取外侧半月板和外侧关节囊紧缩缝合,紧缩腘肌腱裂孔,可以加强半月板的稳定性。
