股骨髋臼撞击综合征的髋关节镜治疗Hip arthroscopic surgery for treatment of femoroacetabular impingement syndrome

摘要(Abstract):
股骨髋臼撞击综合征(femoroacetabular impingement syndrome,FAI)是引起中青年,尤其是运动量较大的运动员髋部疼痛的重要原因之一。因股骨近端与髋臼存在解剖形态学变异,彼此发生碰撞,导致髋臼软骨、盂唇的损伤,从而引起关节疼痛、活动受限,远期可导致严重的软骨退变并演化为骨性关节炎。近年来,随着微创理念的兴起,关节镜微创手术越来越受到广大医生和患者的青睐。本文拟就髋关节镜对于股骨髋臼撞击综合征的治疗进展及相关问题作一综述。
