螺旋CT三维重建在颈椎后纵韧带骨化中的应用Three-Dimensional Evaluation of Cervical Ossification of the Posterior Longitudinal Ligament with Spiral Tomography

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :探讨螺旋CT三维重建显示颈椎后纵韧带骨化的价值和临床意义。方法 :回顾性分析 2 1例颈椎后纵韧带骨化的螺旋CT扫描资料。结果 :颈椎后纵韧带骨化按Hirabayashi分型 ,节段型 3例 ,连续型 9例 ,混合型 5例 ,其它型 4例。结论 :螺旋CT三维重建能清晰显示颈椎后纵韧带骨化的范围 ,厚度 ,形状。三维重建有助于手术入路设计 ,有助于理解骨化的复杂性。螺旋CT是颈椎后纵韧带骨化最好的检查方法 ,应该常规使用
