摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]探讨颈椎前路植骨融合内固定术(anterior cervical discectomy and fusion,ACDF)后早期急性并发症发生原因及预防处理方法。[方法]统计2011年5月~2013年6月312例因颈椎病、颈椎外伤、后纵韧带骨化症等疾患而行颈椎前路手术的患者,对术后出现急性并发症患者的临床资料进行回顾分析,探讨早期急性并发症的发生原因及防治措施的有效性。[结果]312例患者中,有6例出现早期急性并发症,其中椎管内血肿形成致脊髓受压2例,均行血肿清除减压术,术后随访1年,患者四肢肌力部分恢复;颈前皮下血肿压迫呼吸道致呼吸困难2例,床旁紧急切开清除血肿后,呼吸困难解除,后康复出院;喉头水肿及气道痉挛致上呼吸道梗阻而猝死1例;术后颈前软组织肿胀气道受压致呼吸困难1例,予以气管插管、脱水等对症治疗后康复出院。[结论]颈椎前路减压术后需要密切观察有无并发症出现,一旦发生应紧急处理,大多可避免灾难性的后果。
