PFNA治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床体会

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨PFNA(proximal femoral nail anti-rotation)治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。[方法]回顾性分析2007年2月~2012年2月本院收治的老年人股骨粗隆间骨折患者38例,观察采用PFNA手术治疗的效果。随访时间11~32个月,平均(15.4±3.25)个月。[结果]手术时间29.7~65.3 min,平均46.7 min。术中出血量62~100 ml,平均70.3 ml。骨折全部愈合,愈合时间为4.2~8.4个月,平均5.1个月。2例出现髋内翻,余未出现其他并发症。按照Harris髋关节功能评分标准:优25例,良8例,中3例,差2例,优良率86.8%。[结论]采用PFNA治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折,具有创伤小、固定强度高、术后恢复快等优点,是较为理想、可靠的治疗方法。
