腰椎黄韧带广泛钙化致椎管狭窄症1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>脊柱韧带钙化常见于后纵韧带和黄韧带,并且是导致椎管狭窄、脊髓受压的重要原因,常见于颈椎及胸椎。然而,腰椎黄韧带钙化并引起相应神经症状的报道较少[1-2]。本文就本院收治的1例黄韧带钙化致椎管狭窄的病例对其临床症状、影像学表现以及治疗方法等问题进行初步探讨。
