摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]评价利用反牵复位器横向螺钉固定加取髂骨植骨治疗跟骨骨折的效果。[方法]运用反牵复位器横向螺钉固定加取髂骨植骨对26例34侧跟骨骨折患者进行治疗。34侧随访时间7～30个月,平均16个月。[结果]术后功能评价,优28侧,良4侧,差2侧,优良率94.1%。[结论]反牵复位器横向螺钉固定加取髂骨植骨对跟骨骨折治疗疗效满意。
