摘要(Abstract)：

<正>桡骨远端骨折是指距桡骨远端关节面3 cm以内的骨折。随着人口老龄化,桡骨远端骨折发生率明显增高,约占成人全部骨折的15%[1]。目前有关桡骨远端骨折分型方法多达20余种,但仍没有一种能很好反映骨折全貌、指导治疗及预测后果。本文复习国内外有关桡骨远端骨折分型文献,对桡骨远端骨折分型进行综述。
