单纯经后路病灶清除椎体间植骨术治疗脊柱结核的研究进展Debridement combined with interbody fusion via posterior approach only for treatment of spinal tuberculosis

摘要(Abstract):
脊柱结核作为一种脊柱特异性感染,有较高的致残率。在营养支持与正规化疗的前提下,外科干预已成为部分脊柱结核重要的治疗方式。如何在减少手术创伤的基础上提高手术疗效,成为临床关注的重点。近年来,单纯经后路病灶清除椎体间植骨术逐渐被广泛使用,因其可仅在一个"小切口"内达到治愈病灶、重建脊柱稳定性、恢复脊髓功能和早日康复的目的,是一种符合"微创"理念、安全、高效的手术方式。
