摘要(Abstract)：
<正>椎管内血肿分为硬膜外血肿、硬膜下血肿、蛛网膜下血肿、髓内血肿。其中最常见为硬膜下血肿,最常见部位为胸腰段,椎管内硬膜外血肿多发现在椎管后方。其在临床上比较少见,国外统计其发病率约0.1/10 000[1]。硬膜外血肿造成脊髓神经压迫症状虽然少见,却不容忽视,对于轻度的椎体骨折,不可因
