摘要(Abstract)：

富血小板血浆在骨科临床的应用越来越广泛,已逐渐成为一项治疗骨科疾病的保守疗法。其活性物质具有促进细胞增殖、胶原合成作用,在骨科临床主要应用于关节疾病的治疗,如膝关节炎、髋关节炎及其他骨关节炎。然而,富血小板血浆的制作和使用方法各不统一,使用剂量和次数也不尽相同,加之临床研究随访时间短,其使用仍有局限。至于疗效方面,尚未统一意见。因此,今后的研究有待于统一方法学,报道更多高质量临床随机对照试验,从而为富血小板血浆治疗骨关节炎提供充分的依据。
