外侧支撑钢板加压螺钉系统治疗胫骨平台双髁骨折Treatment of bicondylar tibial plateau fractures with lateral supporting plate and compression screw system

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨外侧支撑钢板辅以加压螺钉治疗胫骨平台双髁骨折的效果以及影响手术效果的因素。[方法]回顾性分析本院自2000~2004年收治高能量伤所致胫骨平台双髁骨折患者46例,均采用了切开复位,外侧支撑钢板辅以加压螺钉内固定治疗,通过复查术后关节功能和影像资料判断手术效果。[结果]46例获得随访,平均随访14.4月(12~18个月)。骨折全部愈合,功能评价采用Rasmussen胫骨髁部骨折膝关节功能评分,优良率为84.8%。[结论]外侧支撑钢板辅以加压螺钉治疗胫骨平台双髁骨折,可以提供良好的固定,降低并发症的发生。
