胫骨平台骨折内固定术后功能康复

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>胫骨平台骨折是临床上较为常见的膝关节内骨折,常伴内外侧副韧带、半月板、交叉韧带损伤,发病率、致残率较高,通常需要手术治疗,但单纯手术治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效并不满意。胫骨平台骨折术后并发症多,常见并发症包括感染、复位丢失、畸形愈合、关节强直、创伤性关节炎等,术后早期积极正确的功能锻炼可有效预防及治疗
