摘要(Abstract)：
<正>人工全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)指应用人工材料制成的假体来替代膝关节,从而改善由膝关节骨性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、膝关节创伤等所致的疼痛、活动受限、关节畸形,以重建一个接近正常功能的关节,并恢复和改善关节的运动功能[1]。TKA作为一种较为成熟的手术方式已广泛应用于国内外较为严重的膝骨关节病的治疗,其目的在
