摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]探讨胸椎骨折内固定后亚急性上行性脊髓损伤的临床特点与发病机制。[方法]通过观察本院1例T5骨折内固定术后亚急性上行性脊髓损伤病例,结合国内外相关最新文献,分析胸椎骨折后亚急性上行性脊髓损伤的可能发病机制、临床症状及影像学特点。[结果]该例患者在术后第9 d出现截瘫平面上升症状,上升达12个节段,术后第22 d患者因呼吸衰竭死亡。[结论]亚急性上行性脊髓损伤为胸椎骨折后一种罕见而预后极差的并发症,全脊髓MR检查有助于评价脊髓变化的水平。
