神经肌肉电刺激预防下肢深静脉血栓Neuromuscular electrical stimulation for prevention of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities

摘要(Abstract):
下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)是一种危重症,近几十年来虽不断研究,但发病率仍居高不下。如不能早期诊断及治疗,下肢深静脉血栓急性期可因脱落而导致肺栓塞,危及生命,此外慢性迁延可能会产生下肢水肿等一系列血栓后综合症而影响生活质量。因此对下肢深静脉血栓的预防显得尤为重要。本文分析下肢深静脉血栓形成危险因素等,以此为依据,查阅近些年关于预防下肢深静脉血栓的研究文献,就DVT的神经肌肉电刺激预防进行简单综述。
