人工股骨头置换治疗高龄老人粗隆间骨折的治疗体会

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的手术适应证及评估临床疗效。[方法]选取2006年12月～2010年11月,本科收治的22例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者,采用人工股骨头置换术治疗。观察手术时间、下床时间及术后功能;术后20例获随访,随访6～42个月,平均21个月。[结果]平均手术时间50 min,术后5～11 d能扶拐下床,术后2～3周扶双拐行走,术后3～6个月肢体功能基本恢复到伤前水平,无1例死于术后并发症。髋关节功能评分:优12例,良5例,可2例,差1例,优良率85%。[结论]人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折,尤其是合并内科疾病的患者能减少骨折并发症的发生,患者能早期活动,保留了髋关节生理功能,提高患者生活质量。
