全膝关节置换术中髌骨处理的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
<正>全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)是目前治疗重症膝关节病最有效的治疗手段,能够使患者获得良好的长期疗效,已被广泛应用于治疗膝部骨性关节炎。其中髌股关节相关问题及髌骨处理方式长期以来一直是学者研究的热点。本文对近期髌骨置换的发展、髌骨置换与膝前痛、髌周去神经化的研究作了较为详尽的探究。1髌骨置换的发展早期的TKA术为单纯的股胫关节置换,最初的设计目的是要纠正下肢畸形和治疗结核性与风湿性关节[1]
