股骨头缺血性坏死的偏光显微镜观察

摘要(Abstract):
<正> 目前关于股骨头缺血性坏死后的病理变化文献报道很多,在研究组织学变化时多采用的是普通光镜和电镜。本文用脱钙磨片法,在偏光显微镜下着重对股骨头坏死后的骨结构变化作了观察。1 材料和方法 (1)本组5例为术前诊断股骨头缺血性坏死的病人;男3例,女2例,年龄36~57岁。4例有服用激素史,1例无明显诱因。术前根据Ficat分期,Ⅲ期4例,Ⅳ期1例。在进行全髋关节置换术时完整取下股骨头,用生理盐水冲洗后,10%中性福尔马林固定2~4周。用电锯将股骨头锯开,制成0.5cm完整冠状面及半股骨头水平面各4张。酒精逐级脱水,干燥后磨成厚150μm不脱钙大切片,无水酒精洗片,二甲苯透明,加拿大树胶固片。
