经皮椎体成形术与非手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的Meta分析Percutaneous vertebroplasty and non-operative treatment for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures:a meta-analysis

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]应用Meta分析的方法,对经皮椎体成形术与非手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效与安全性进行分析,为临床选择合适治疗方法提供依据。[方法]计算机检索Cochrane图书馆(2013年第5期)、PubMed、EMbase、CNKI及万方数据库、中国生物文献数据库,检索时间均从1995年1月~2013年7月。收集关于经皮椎体成形术与非手术治疗相比较治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床随机对照研究(RCT),对纳入文献进行方法学质量评价后,提取纳入文献的有效数据,并按照Cochrane协作网提供的系统评价方法,应用RevMan 5.2进行Meta分析。[结果]共纳入7个RCT研究,共计患者616例。Meta分析结果显示:与非手术治疗组相比,经皮椎体成形术能早期缓解疼痛,但远期功能恢复、生活质量及新发椎体骨折发生率两种治疗方法无明显差异。[结论]经皮椎体成形术可早期迅速止痛,允许患者下床活动,减少卧床相关并发症。
