摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]调查全球范围在主要脊柱外科杂志发表文章的情况,分析世界各国对脊柱外科研究的贡献。[方法]利用Web of Science数据库,检索5本主要国际脊柱外科专业杂志在2005~2014年间发表的文章。统计分析世界各国发表文章的数量、文章主要产出国家的人均文章数量、影响因子、被引次数、前5个国家最受欢迎的杂志和杂志发表文章最多的前5个国家。[结果]在2005~2014年间,在这5本脊柱外科杂志共发表13 269篇文章。北美、东亚和西欧是世界上贡献脊柱外科文章数量最多的地区。高收入国家发表文章数量最多(85.42%),其次是中等收入国家(14.58%),而低收入国家最少(0.01%)。美国是发表脊柱外科文章数量最多的国家(36.54%),其次是日本(10.48%)、中国(9.13%)、加拿大(4.72%)和韩国(4.71%)。此外,美国发表脊柱外科文章的总影响因子和总被引次数也是最高的。然而,按人均发表文章数量计算,瑞士则位居世界第一,其次是丹麦和荷兰。[结论]美国是世界脊柱外科领域贡献最大的国家。然而,根据人均发表文章的数量,一些小的欧洲国家的贡献更大。
